The legal domicile service allows you to elevate the legal address of your company, business or professional office at one of the locations of the business centres or network member offices. Through the legal domiciliation service you can use the street address of our offices in the notarial deed of incorporation of the company. If the company or firm already exists you can notify the relevant offices such as the Chamber of Commerce and VAT Office of the change.
With the legal domiciliation service, which includes the mail forwarding service, you can receive letters, packages, business records, invoices, notifications and court documents at the Office Centre. The reception staff will be responsible for receiving, managing and archiving your documents which may be collected on site or dispatched to another address you indicate. Communication about the mail received may occur through our dedicated software, by sending an email, sms, fax or by telephone contact.

The legal domiciliation service does not foresee the provision of the tax domiciliation service (holding company books and accounting records). For that reason when the contract is stipulated, a supplementary statement regarding the place said documents will be kept, usually the certified public accountant's office, is required.
If you must move the registered office of an existing company within the same municipality - from Milan to Milan or Rome to Rome, for example - just the minutes of an ordinary shareholder's meeting are sufficient and the intervention of a notary is not needed.
